I have never in my entire life experienced such rudeness and hate from somebody. I was threatened after threatening to report Marissa and Susan for not helping. The cocky and arrogant attitude is not a good image to have. Who hired Marissa and Susan as employees, and why? This company should be embarrassed. Hire the ones who have potential and sense, please.

Responding to your request: Nobody ever responds when I send a complaint. Please do something so nobody else have to go through what I’ve gone through. Susan and Marissa are the worst. Hopefully someone can do something. With that being said, stop putting on a show by telling me to contact “customer service” if you know they’re not even going to respond! I really don’t understand how this business is still up and running with all the shenanigans going on.
