Was put through a loop hole trying to purchase a boat. Miscommunication with the dealer and bank. Ended up getting as far as putting insurance on the boat. Before I knew it, the deal changed and the dealership would not budge. I was hoping for much better customer service but landed nowhere. After watching YouTube videos, checking out the reviews, I had high hopes for this dealer. Dropped the ball on this one!
