Harold Warren and his team are very knowledgeable and provided me with thorough research. They were competitively priced and very professional. I called and compared other survey companies, and when I spoke to Harold, he actually wanted to provide me with the research about the house property, and not just schedule an appointment and rush me off the phone. They took their time, and you can tell they care about their customers, and the services they provide. Also, they were able to work with my schedule, and provided me with a survey in a good time frame. Overall, I highly recommend their services.

This company is a blessing. We were trying to put in a fence to close up our yard. No sweat right...wrong! This is when we found out something was off with the measurements we sent from our original site plan when we built the house. The fence company said we needed an updated survey before they could proceed. I called Wagner and Associate. They were VERY thorough and detailed. My husband was very pleased and so was I. Thank you so much we are finally getting the fence done!

Mr. Warren and his associate went the extra mile for me and delivered my survey promptly and expertly. When no other company would even return my call, they took the job (which was not an easy one) and stood by the quoted cost for the survey even when it proved to be more difficult than originally anticipated. I call that integrity, and unfortunately I have not run into a lot of that in the business world. I highly recommend Mr. Warren and his company.
