I saw Dr. Anna for a second opinion on a wound on the top of my rt. hand. She told me with time it should heal on its own. I used a product called Antimicrobial Gel (formerly called Silver Solutions), by Curad. Following the directions, the wound is 50% smaller in two weeks! Amazing product!
