We used ASC Deforest Rolloff in Warren, Ohio. We picked them because of their Great Price and customer service! We had used them before and really appreciated their clean dumpster and friendly representatives. When I call, the person on the phone is always helpful in explaining the size of dumpster available and efficient! Their price is always the best and they pick up the dumpster when we ask! They placed the dumpster just where we needed it too! Thanks

Very pleased with the services of Deforest. As I called around checking prices for a 10 yrd. dubster, Deforest not only had the better price, (just by a few dallars) however, it wasn't the money that caused me to choose them, it was plain Good Old Fashion Customer Service. In today's day, often times this is lacking. However, not with Deforest. A few things that stand out by way of customer service to me are 1st. the person identified themselves as \Susie\. I called five other co. nobody even Identified themselves other than the company name. 2nd Susie was very pleasant, upbeat, and very willing to help me with priceing & need of sizing based on what I was telling her what I was needing the dumpter for. 3rd. They were able to bring it the very same day that I called. The next day would have been fine, yet Susie offered same day service since they were not to busy, so that worked great for us. Lastly, when the dumpster was delivered asnd I spoke to the gentleman that delivered it , I found out that it is A family Owned business. For me, this is the most important thing because growingup with my parents Avner own family and run business that went above and beyond to each and every one of their customers and that exactly when I received from Deforest Dumpster services. Deforest Roll-Off Container is the best, friendliest, and most accommodating roll-off container service you'll find. I tried to order a dumpster from Waste Management and I was told that they couldn't deliver because of obstructing power lines AND they wanted to charge me a 100 fee for wasting their time. So, I called Deforest Roll-Off Container and they delivered a dumpster the next day. Every member of their team that I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accomodating.
