Now I am sitting here wondering why I spent nearly two decades spending nearly 3000 a year on heating bills when I could have been heating this house for FREE!!!! Bush's is a nice store with a good selection of wood and gas options at reasonable prices. Very helpful with selections and advice. I purchased a small wood burning stove and a stove with gas logs. Very pleased with both installations. It was a pleasure to deal with this company!

I just spent over an hour on the phone with Rich, the owner of Bush’s Fireplace in Warren OH, who on a Saturday afternoon, guided me through the process of cleaning the pilot assembly on my Vermont Castings heating stove that I purchased from him approx 6 years ago. Instead of sending a technician out to my house for a costly service call, he patiently stayed on the phone with me until my issue was rectified. It’s good to see old-fashioned customer service from someone genuinely interested in helping me through a problem more so than looking to make a buck. For anyone who’s interested in purchasing a high quality heating stove or fireplace from a small, family-owned company that takes the time to educate customers and ensure a pleasant experience, I would highly recommend Bush’s Fireplace.
