Had pickup here (1st of 3 total with del to KY) Guy checks on the phone with someone and tells me he got nothing for me. I told him that this is one of my stops and it has to be in order, so is it not ready or you don't have that order? He replies with: \I got nothing for you ok? Go to your other pickups ok?\ Why would anyone put him in charge of shipping/receiving with thus attitude. Maybe better to put him in production line if he lacks in communication department
REFUSE THE LOAD. 2nd time adjusting the over weight load still moves very dangerous. Those type of baskets have to have wood hammered down on the sides otherwise you'll have a bad dangerous day. They don't know how to load or they don't care it has to be one of them. I had 4 straps here but didn't help much. By the way not only the left turn is dangerous but if the load moves over on right turn the trailer will flip. Overall bad experience with this company.
Pay is terrible minimum wage no benefits or vacation and long hours and you will be doing multiple job
