I bought a new to me 2015 Ultra Classic from Warren Harley Davidson this week and I will tell you this in all my years of buying bikes I have never been treated better than I was at WHD. Top notch no pressure salesman. Best prices on used bikes I have seen in a very long time. Great atmosphere great vibe in this dealership. Every question I had was answered they delivered this gorgeous bike right to my doorstep. I met a bunch of people at WHD the day I bought my bike and every one of them was fantastic and took the time to answer all my questions about clothing, accessories, service and parts. I am now a lifelong customer and I will tell everyone if you want the best deal and the best experience you will ever have buying a new or used Harley don’t walk run to Warren Harley-Davidson.

On February 19th I drove an hour and 7 minutes, that's 53 miles ONE WAY! to go to this harley davidson dealership and bought a leather jacket (98074-14VM/022L) costing 565.78, I was never given the FREE COFFEE MUG from the loyalty program and it was never even mentioned! Today I again drove little over an hour to this dealership to purchase a jacket (98104-21NM/022L) costing 215.00, I asked the sales person who sold me the leather jacket on February 19 and costing 565.78 was I supposed to get the FREE COFFEE MUG because I never received one, she gave me a dirty look and said they don't have any! Then I was followed around the dealership like I was a theft, I then decided not to purchase anything from this dealership ever again, but used the loyalty card I was given to used up the points on it to purchase a cap, but even then I was cheated, they never used the entire points on the card and made me pay some money out of pocket, I guess they are extremely cautious when a BLACK MAN shops at this dealership! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALERSHIP AGAIN!
