These guys are the best! Starting with zero robotics experience this purchase was pretty scary for me. ICR answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Although I am a one man shop in a back yard they treated me like a much bigger customer. When I had a little trouble getting my robot started I had someone on the phone helping me within minutes. Mark, Jason, Sergio, Dave, everybody there is just awesome. Thanks ICR!

We've worked with ICR since 2012, and I have to say that this team of people is exceptional in every way. Paul's' vision is apparent in ICRs diversified approach to customer support on a multitude of manufacturing levels. They were 'green' before green was ever a term!
