After the larger President Tuxedo corporation went under during COVID, we had all of our bridal party reorder through the independent Warren MI location. We are so glad we went this route. Ben is great to work with, very helpful and extremely flexible. Ben went above and beyond to sure everyone had what they needed and was comfortable with the fit of their suits. Everyone in our party looked amazing and the rental clothing was high quality. Thank you, Ben and team!

Ben is awesome!! Had a little hiccup with a jacket. But he came through with a replacement. He made this a great experience during this tough time. Went over and above to make sure all the groomsmen got their tuxedos. Even though most of them lived 2 hours away. Thanks for helping with my nephews wedding. Can't wait to do business with you again.

President Tuxedo really stepped up for our August 8th, 2020 wedding. Like all 2020 weddings, we were faced with many challenges, changed plans and rearrangements. When the Covid shut down happened we were faced with our original President Tuxedo location shutting down and never reopening. The President Tuxedo in Warren was the only location to open back up after the shut down and they took care of all our needs with no hesitation! Due to sizing issues, my husband needed a new button up that was supposed to arrive the day before the wedding. Due to Covid mail back ups the shirt didn’t arrive on time. Us being in panic mode, the staff at President Tuxedo came to the rescue by delivering my husband’s shirt the day of the wedding! We were an hour away from their location. We will be forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism and their attentiveness to customer service. All of the groomsmen looked amazing the day of our wedding! Thank you President Tuxedo of Warren, we appreciate you!

They used to be a great place to go for tuxedos however not any more. My daughter signed up at the bridal show in Detroit earlier this year. She was “getting a deal” since she placed a deposit and scheduled the appointment. Covid hit and most of their stores have closed. They will no longer honor the prices in the contract, increased the price by 10 each, no longer offer a free rental to the groom and were told the money already paid by the guys who have been fitted is lost. Apparently this location isn’t affiliated with other locations so that is why they won’t honor the contract yet they also said they don’t their business because they are picking up all the closed stores business. Doubt they will be that busy if they don’t honor any pre-existing agreements. This just adds another disappointment and frustration to my daughter trying to still plan her wedding for the fall. My two sons, Bruce and nephew are getting married within the next two years but none of them will go to President’s Tuxedo!!!!!
