The staff helped us put together a system that fulfilled our needs. There was a delay from the manufacturer and some of the product was not received until last minute before our event. The staff dropped what they were doing to ensure that we had everything that we needed and that our system was complete and built correctly prior to our deadline. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. We've gone for several equipment rentals for events. Since we were prepared with the type of environment, size / layout of the area, etc., the staff (in particular Andrew) were able to show us some options for various audio and lighting equipment that perfectly met our needs. Customer service has been top notch throughout; they certainly have earned any future business from us, even in this day and age of Amazon.

They have the sign open and I was knocking on door for over 5 minutes until big fella open the door and all the lights were off and he was so rude , he just doesn’t want be there not happy to see costumer at all

Ever since they left. Ford Rd. This store & the people in it went down hill. They never made a disclaimer about disount & open box. The sales associate had trouble with redoing a card. Then he had the nerve to tell me I was lieing. I will never do business with them again. There credit card gets cut up when I get home.
