Always, always great service. Food is fresh, cooked well and oh so good! I love going into the restaurant, as it steps me back in time and I just cannot get over how CLEAN and well maintained the space is. They put love into their space and love into their food, IT SHOWS!! Not only do we visit the restaurant, but have had them cater a few events and we are never disappointed. What a fantastic experience!

Just discovered the gem and LOVED it! A business that’s been here since 1916! We went for breakfast. Prices we’re great and portions were big. The rye toast was wonderful; a little thicker than regular Jewish rye. The pancakes were soo tasty and the veggie omelet was packed with veggies. Lunch was wonderful; chicken, fig, arugula and goat cheese salad. The cod was wonderful! I almost forgot, the hot chocolate was AMAZING! The service was on point and the atmosphere was great. We loved the bar seats and old fashioned milk shake maker!!
Been here several times in the past, although infrequently always very good. Enjoyed.
Old school restaurant that has good food, great service and a great local atmosphere. The chili is excellent, sodas come in cans, and I had the chicken parmesan which was very tasty. Only complaint was the pasta was swimming in water (had to get a bowl to drain out into...). But still very good. Worth a stop if you're in the area.
