This was my first fireplace, and I’m glad I called this company. From the first call they answered the phone and was on time. I had a 40 plus old gas log set and a inferior Chimmney That I inherited when I purchased this home. But now thanks to Corey and his team they got me a beautiful electric log set. Removed the chimney and made it safe. I recommend this company they worked with me abd I am very happy with the job.

My daughter had a horrible job done on her chimney and was pouring money into it like a sieve and it was still leaking in the house. I had Corey fix my crown and chimney last year and I was so impressed with all his expertise. He was so conscientious and is a perfectionist...I was so pleased. I had Corey take a look at my daughters and he recognized it had been improperly done...they hadn't even taken it up to current regulations!! It was a mess. Corey realized my daughter was stressed and was so calming and informative...he even found and fixed a problem with an overhang no other bidders even saw. Corey fixed the chimney so it is not leaking now and also redid the flashing which had been improperly done. I cannot say enough good things about Taylormaid...The only problem now is I will miss Corey...He became like part of the family!!

TaylorMaid LLC is a very professional, reliable, and informative business. From the front desk staff to Will the tech who came to our home to Corey the manager/owner, everyone has been so helpful. We are new homeowners and never had a wood-burning fireplace, they guided us through the process and performed a thorough inspection. They put up with all of our questions and were very prompt and providing responses. Corey spent a lot of time with us and explaining our options and being very honest with what we actually wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend this business!
We had a terrible chimney fire while using our wood burning stove. Based on my friends recommendations, i contacted Taylormaid for a chimney inspection. The damage was severe. Corey of Taylormaid explained all the work that was needed- partial chimney tear down reconstruction to per building codes, removal of broken chimney lining, replacement with a stainless steel liner, new fireplace insert. He provided a detailed written estimate, with photos for the insurance adjuster. The insurance company was very difficult (and I mean difficult to work with) and Corey really helped with them. Finally the insurance company agreed to Corey's estimate. Taylormaid began work and they (a crew of 6) were great. Professional in every sense of the word. They kept me advised of everything.. As for their Taylormaid's work - FANTASTIC !!!! They removed all the damaged brick and chimney lining. Rebuilt the chimney per building codes matching the brick work to that of the rest of my home. they installed the new chimney liner and a new Blaze King insert. They even started a fire in it and explained it's operation. WOW. Thanks Guys.
