I have known Randy Smith since 1995. He is a man of absolute integrity and is a true professional.Trumbull county is blessed to have Randy out there steering the ship. I have always found him to be honest, knowledgeable and respectful towards others and he is very down to earth. Trumbull county's Engineering department is in good hands.

The department as a whole is a waste of tax payers money! We get 9” of snow on Saturday, and as I type this on Monday morning, I have yet see or hear a plow truck.....

They do a terrible job on roads! They waste more money chip sealing! If they would start a paving program they would save money in the long run!
