I have been going to court for 10 years trying to have my rights as a father enforced. Every other year I'm back in court because the mother of my child knows that the courts will blindly side with the mother. So she isn't afraid of ignoring Court Orders. You would think after 10 years of me fighting for consistency in my visitation order, that the courts would start seeing things differently.

Had both positive and negative experiences, family court definitely looks out for kids, child support is a bit biased.
