We’ve had 3 different technicians, (Jeff, Lou, and Matt) here at our home, and we’ve been extremely happy with each one. The latest technician was Jeff. He was personable, professional, on time, and attentive. He took care of all concerns regarding the unwanted insects on the house. He explained the different stinging insects that passed on by us and told us their differences in aggressiveness towards stinging you. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had. The second technician was Lou. It was a sweltering day, but that didn’t stop Lou from taking care of the carpenter bees, the big yellowjacket nest (scary) and ants. He was hardworking, professional, cordial, and did a great job despite the hot and humid weather. The first technician was Matt. He covered every area of concern around the house. We were impressed with his work ethic, his friendly and professional attitude and felt confident that he did the job 110% the way it should be done. Overall, in our experience, Viking seems to hire personnel that take pride in their work and are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Kudos to Viking for hiring the cream of the crop.

I have been using Viking for several years now and have been happy with their service. I had Kareem Kirton the past two appointments and he has been absolutely exceptional! He is thorough, kind and did a fantastic job treating the outside of my house. I will certainly be requesting him for my next appointment! Excellent service from Kareem.
Kareem Kirton was excellent and very professional. He went out of his way to check for rodent entry in my basement. I was very grateful to him.
Your technician Lou does a very good job for your clients. Lou is based in the Warren office and he has been to our home twice during the past 3 months. Lou is professional, knowledgeable, good interpersonal skills with clients. He represents Viking very well.
I am very sad to have to write this review because I've been a loyal and happy customer for at least four years, on the monthly service as well as yard guard. I have no idea what has happened, but this company has utterly fallen apart. They have always been exceeding polite, responsive, and the techs almost to a one really great folks. But now, numerous calls go answered, requests for service missed or they show up on days with torrential rain, they mess up billing, and worst of all NO ONE ever picks up the phone, impossible to get a hold of ANYONE. This does correlate with COVID so I sincerely hope all are ok- but there has been ZERO communication with customers as to what is going on and I'm ready to cancel. Very sad again because I referred them to many, many people and have always spoken so highly of them. But now I must say: beware, something has changed and I cannot recommend them any longer.
