I decided to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, and Heather was great to work with. She answered all my calls and emails promptly and was able to provide me with an accurate estimate based upon the pictures that I sent her of my dress. The dress was heavily soiled at the hemline from my outdoor wedding, and Owl Cleaners made it look like new again. I also decided to get my mom's dress cleaned and preserved, and it had been bunched up in the back of a closet since the 1970s! I was so happy with the results. I really liked that I was able to view the cleaned items before they were boxed. Heather walked me through every step of the process, and overall, it was a great experience.

I used Owl Cleaners for the cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress and veil. They were so professional and enthusiastic, sending me pictures of the cleaned dress for my approval before preservation! The text and email communication when it was ready was also great. Excellent service!!!! I took my mothers 1895 wedding dress to Owl Cleaners to be cleaned and restored (it had a few stains & the lace had turned yellow). I had a consultation with the owner Heather about expectations and turn around time. I am wearing the dress for my wedding and also getting it altered so getting it back quickly and white was very important to me. The entire process was FANTASTIC! Heather was honest, professional, and met the two week time frame she gave me on getting my dress back. When I came in to pick up my dress Heather had exceeded my expectations. The dress was PRISTINE. All the stains were gone and the dress was white again. Heather made my dream wedding possible and I highly recommend Owl Cleaners to clean and preserve your dress! Also if you have a family heirloom wedding dress or anything vintage that you need brought back to life.... I urge you to contact Heather. You will not be disappointed.
Owl Cleaners provides a level of service and attention to detail unlike any I have experienced before. Items are returned in pristine condition. If there is a question about a garment, they ask the customer, rather than just proceed. I would recommend Owl to customers who want to know that their garments will be handled with care.
Easy to use, love the pick up and delivery service. I also had a pair of pants with an unknown stain on it when I get them back. They looked into the issue and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately they could not figure out the cause but did give me a store credit, which I was fine with. They are always friendly and professional. Would recommend!
