I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews I'm going to say 5. They've made mistakes. Human like I. Can't help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places I'll go to. I've seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and it's too bad they can't review the customers Reality is that auto repairs aren't all created equal. I can't say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys

Good customer service. Much-needed vehicle repairs were executed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
I brought the car I use to drive to work in for two new tires. They then tell me I need new rear brakes. This kid, I think named Julio, quoted me at 6xx. I asked, \OK. So what is my total going to be?\ The kid at the register goes, 6xx. I have 800 in my checking so I tell them to go ahead and do all the work. When the bill comes due it's suddenly over 1K. I have 800 in my checking account. It's Saturday and my bank is closed. I've been in the process of buying this house for a month so I can't use credit cards. I had to use this \Acima Credit\ which is basically financing for poor people with AGGRESSIVE terms. I offered to pay 800 right then and come back Monday with the additional money but instead they handed me the \Acima Credit\ application. I was approved. Ended up paying 750 50 fee Saturday just to turn around and pay it all off Monday. All in all it ended up costing me an extra 60 to use that \credit\. I was angry about it originally but I let it go while I was there because I was afraid that, as angry as I was, I was going to do or say something I couldn't take back. The more I sit here and think about it the more upset I become which is why I am leaving this review. I basically went to Big O Tires and got screwed. If they want my business again they can pay me the Acima Credit fees I had to pay. Doubtful though so I'll just make sure I don't use these guys at any point in time going forward.
Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life to date so far
I had an excellent experience here. They took me in same day appt. I was in and out within an hour. The customer service was exceptional. It was clean and had a very nice waiting room. I'll definitely be back!
