I have been trying to get the cable ran from the box at the end of my driveway to my house and 3 weeks later I still don't have internet. I've called over a dozen times and been told a dozen different things, times and dates. Then they sent me the bill for the service I can't even use. Which I am not paying. This company is trash.
Great, if you wanna go in and be told wrong prices on what your services will be after you leave. Employees that use to work there were much better, the replacements are terrible. Either they work without integrity or they don't know the information they give.
I love their prices for the low income community!
received something in the mail saying cable would be 29.99 month...called to ask about it and was told a way higher price so declined. a week later equipment shows up at my door..when I call to ask why I am again told the price would be 75 a month... pressure tactics are not a good way of doing business in my opinion.
