Very nice, new building. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Even the security guard who jacked me for taking pictures. He wanted to make sure I didn't have any people in the pictures.

Took my fiancé to the ER tonight because she had fluid bulging on her knee cap. It is not a bruise, which the staff made note of, but she still in extreme pain. She was not even seen by a doctor, but rather two (2) different LPN’s. She was rushed/not cared or looked after. Never once offered her help walking (she has an extreme limp) with assistance or wheel chair/ crutches. No direction of how to help with the extreme pain, rather just given an ice pack and a good luck. Horrible staff and front desk.
Their billing is outrageous. My insurance pays 100% for lab work. They repeatedly did lab work inhouse so they could bill me after I repeatedly told them to send it to LabCorp (which they did for over 10 years) but now for some reason they can't get the billing right and want me to pay out of pocket for something my insurance covers because of their mistake.
I had my weight loss surgery on November 25 2019 I'm so happy I got it done I am feeling wonderful and I'm able to walk. Thank you for ur heart and Fresno heart Doctor Higa was the best and his wonderful team they we're the best
