Everyone greets you. Everyone has smiles on there faces. Everything is pristinely clean. My MD is very personable. Knowledgeable. It's where I need to be on the road to recovery. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking.

Excellent and detailed care. Their care plans are super affordable. My doc took the time to explain my condition and proposed care plans initially. And afterwards custom tailored care plans every session. Best Physical Therapy place by far. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Went here a few years ago when I was having back issues. Long story short, I needed assistance and Kamicha went above and beyond to help me. She even called me right back when we got disconnected. Jessica was excellent in client follow up, and taylor has outstanding bed side manner and technical skills. Would recommend 10/10 times.

My experience with AOPT has been nothing but the best. The service that’s provided I’m sure is arguably one of the best in Ohio. They are professional and if it’s sensed your not pleased they will go out of their way to meet your needs. Therapists at the Richmond road facility are great and provide you with a plan that’s suitable for you.

a minute ago I was unfortunately injured at work, however the staff have made it a positive experience. I have been fortunate enough to be on my road to recovery with this professional and courteous staff! I work with Tim & Kelly on my physical therapy and Dr. Campbell is the physician whom is in charge of my file. Kamisha, Jessica are the administrative professionals for the office and they have legendary customer service!!! Although it can get busy at the Beechwood location they manage it well and do not lose their quality of service! Thank you very much for having my best interest at heart, you guys are one of a kind.
