Went there to buy a mud head for a Christmas present for my children, brought it home and took it for a spin on Christmas morning with the children and it was rattling everywhere. Brought it into my shop and found 8 bolts loose and one cross threaded that wasn’t even tight. The seat belts were twisted and wouldn’t work after about an hour of fixing and tightening its back to normal condition. Would not recommend buying anything from these people. Besides the repairs they were not very friendly to deal with either!

We bought several Yamahas 125 AT1, 250 DT1, Big Bear, Seca 650 at Blaylock Cycle in the 60s and 70s. it’s nice to see the tradition roll on.

We went to Blalock for years. Always received fast, friendly service. Repairs were always on point. Last year, we took our bike in in May and they kept it for the whole summer plus. Replaced almost every part in the bike and still didn't fix the problem. Called us to come pick it up, that it was ready to go. When we got there, it was worse than when we took it there initially. The owner said there was nothing else they could do and hit us with a 600 bill. Things started going down hill when John, Madeline, and Josh left. I wouldn't take a tricycle to them now. Hope they have gotten better and more knowledgeable mechanics.
