I've brought multiple vehicles to this location and Wes has gone above and beyond every time. Unlike other mechanics who tell you that you need unnecessary things, you get upfront honest information and approximate price quotes before anything gets done. Wes has taken in a handful of project cars for myself and friend which I would not have wanted to deal with. Customers are always priority and service is always done on time and with high quality. My cars are always serviced by Anthony who does a great job every time.
Wes is always great. They do a great job every time. They don't over charge or try to force unnecessary repairs on you to drive up the bill. I've never had a negative experience and we've gone to them for 10 plus years.
The staff at Chick's is incredibly kind and helpful. They are honest and knowledgeable and take time to explain and answer your questions. I have been beyond satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them!
I don't usually leave reviews for auto shops and I know like many of you, I've had a lot of poor experiences. My BMW 2011 broke down on a trip from VA to Texas, and I took it here. I had the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. They offer the best service at the most competitive prices in the market. If you live in the Warrenton area or your car breaks down, take it to these guys.
