Dr Chang has helped my entire family at one point or another. My obstructed nasal passages, my wife’s Eustachian tubes and more recently; when my daughter (studying in Ireland) battled a chronic ear infection for two MONTHS; we brought her home and Dr Chang had her cleared up in two WEEKS! My Dad was a Neurosurgeon, my wife’s an RN. I’ve been around the medical profession for 64 years. Dr Chang’s entire practice is superb. His clinical skills are second to none. All explanations are clear, concise and oriented to the patient’s level of medical knowledge. Admin and communication protocols are unsurpassed: phone calls are returned (by Dr Chang himself) in hours, not days; emails - always same day. Outstanding practice – highly recommended.

I had been dealing with a complicated recurring ear infection for close to a year. I had visited several other doctors with no luck. After visiting Dr. Chang at his practice the problem was solved within two weeks. The treatment and testing were thorough, and he was very good about answering any questions and explaining all the available treatment options. I was very happy with the result, and with the help of this treatment was able to avoid any permanent damage to my hearing.

Dr. Chang is direct and to the point. He is very detailed and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He was great with our 2 month old son. Some people can’t handle a person who is so direct but myself and my husband prefer it.

The doctor is direct and to the point, but he wasn’t welcoming. No sense of humor and he seemed annoyed when we visited.

I first went in 2016 and saw Dr. Chang got tonsil stones and he said something along the lines of “they are very common and a lot of people deal with them”. Went back in 2017 and saw Dr. Redmon (who is no longer at this practice) and he said he would remove my tonsils due to the tonsil stones and I had a tonsillectomy. From 2018-2020 I have had more sore throats than ever. I went back to see Dr. Chang and he tells me that not all of my tonsil tissue was removed and that I have an infection in my tonsils. He gave me an antibiotic and if that doesn’t improve it then I’ll have to have a 2nd surgery. Although this may seem to have very little negativity towards Dr. Chang, his bedside manner is terrible. When you ask him questions he answers as if you should already know it or as if you’re an idiot. I do not recommend this office.
