I have been impressed by the interactions I have had with The Miller Group. They are quick to respond to emails/phone calls ore the maintenance requests through the portal. As a young adult renting a property I haven't always been met with the courtesy I would expect from a professional simply because I feel they do not see me as an adult yet. I have never felt that way with the Miller Group, my roommate and I are always treated with respect and we greatly appreciate it.

How do I say this in a kind way? The most unresponsive, unprofessional company I've let manage my home. The owner is arrogant and unresponsive. He tried to put my renter and I against each other. I went through a loan modification and he was released and then tried to put my renter and I against each other. Also, made many charges against me with no evidence....be careful. They dont even have the basic understanding to identify who is answering the phone. Chip Miller is a name you dont want to deal with
