The Sears service tech checked and lubricated our washer and dryer. He was friendly, efficient and informative. We purchased. a Sears home warranty. We definitely want to him to continue servicing our appliances in the future. Thank you.

worst service. I have an issue with my washer ever since I purchased it from Sears. A tech has came over 20 times to fix the same issue. I have been waiting on parts for over a month. The sears representatives said that warranty is just for service not intended for new items. I will not buy from them again just a rip off they not care about the inconvenience they put you through waiting more than a month on parts. I was told by a rep that I should be able to qualify for a new washer now they told me that it doesn't meanwhile I have to wash at washeteria being exposed to covid situations. I requested to speak with supervisor in warrany part dep named Ray never got a call back the end of day 12/08/20 like they said.Now on 12/25/20 I get a response back bs honestly. I would not recommend any sears warranty to anyone

Our technician was on time, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our fridge is 11 years old and some of the parts needed are no longer available but our Tech was able to repair what we had. I noticed he was helping other techs with answers to problems while he worked. I wish I could request him personally for any future repairs we may need. All our appliances have been bought Sears and he definitely meets your high standards of service!!
