Warrenton Home Depot. I ran in at 4 pm New Years Eve. The first employee I saw was Dwayne who was clearly on his way somewhere but could not have been kinder or more helpful when I stopped him with a “quick” question. When we could not find my item — although the system said they had one in stock — he helped me search every aisle and ultimately find a similar product. Dwayne went above and beyond plus was a super nice human being. Great experience and thank you!

Purchased a refrigerator from HOME DEPOT in person at the Warrenton, VA store. It was delivered on 11/14/20 inbox, I signed the delivery form. Attempted to install the refrigerator on 11/15/2020. IT WAS TOO BIG 35\ I ORDERED AT 32.75\. Called the store immediately for pickup and to deliver the right refrigerator. They refused to exchange the refrigerator. This was a major error on the salesman's part. Nowhere on my receipt does it indicate that she ordered the wrong refrigerator. CALLED CORPORATE NO RESOLUTION WHEN YOU SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT THEN THAT SEALS THE DEAL. NO RETURNS ON APPLIANCES. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM THEM BUY FROM LOWE'S THEY WILL ARRANGE PICKUP IMMEDIATELY. HOME DEPOS CONSIDERS THIS BUYER'S REMORSE, DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT ANY APPLIANCE.

While doing a renovation to our bathroom, found the need to go here rather than Lowe's. At checkout, I presented my DD214 to receive a military discount and was DENIED!! I was told they only accept military ID. Having served active from 1986-1990, I no longer have an active ID. I have never been denied a discount when asking and presenting my 214. Thank you Home Depot for your lack of support for our military. I have no problem driving a few extra miles to shop Lowe's. Zero stars if it was possible.
