Were very respectful, helpful, answered all questions, and were prompt in dealing with the unexpected death of my dog.

Called on the phone to ask if they take fur from dog to test for mange and the lady was nice and transferred me to doctor and she explained how pups and dogs with low immune system get it and said that I could bring in a sample but it's a skin scrapping and will make my pup bleed a little and gave me lots of information on mange.
