This place used to be great! It used to be free but now they a requiring that you PAY for an “archery permit” to be able to use the range... like we already don’t pay enough in taxes to cover that...

Excellent free range to utilize here and most everyone you meet willingly shares their knowledge or aids in recovering arrows that got away from you. *edit - I have heard that they now require a yearly membership of 50 unless you're a resident of the area. I'm not clear on the particulars so I'm not sure if that's still in effect given the current pandemic situation.
The instructors are really great about finding your dominant eye. They really make sure you (group) don't step unto the target area until the all clear is given. The contest they have for the kids makes it really enjoyable for them. Moreover, the instructors are always watching, correcting, & teaching.
Behind the Archery, there is a wonderful grave bike path, enjoy...
An amazing facility. Three ranges for all levels of shooters. Well set up!!!
