Great place for residents... They have everything. Maybe some canoes would be great to add
The best place to hang out, plus everything is very clean
Dues rise every year with amenities being below average. Pool rarely opens when scheduled. Policies are not written with residents in mind. For example, they charge 100 when moving to provide a letter that dues are up to date.
Nice venue for a get together. More than adequate and clean. Manager was a little grumpy and grumbled at the employee who checked us out. That was uncomfortable but everything overall was very good.
