I was very fortunate to meet Sergey when Svoradius Inc. was included as part of a subcontracted team that performed an upgrade with extension on my Palatine home. The work he performed for the required job was amazing, exceeding well beyond what I thought the final product would be based on my architect’s drawings. This work included a brick foyer addition, and matching brick highlight around a new bay window. Sergey proved to be an Old World craftsman coupled with master artist when it comes to masonry. The matching of new contrasting brick lines to the cut-in with existing structure was perfect. He also improvised to make a flush-mount setting of colored glass blocks work out perfectly, even though the details on how to approach this weren’t defined in my top level prints. On top of it all, his professional, knowledgeable, yet very pleasant demeanor made him a pleasure to observe and talk to; I probably should have given him a premium on the side vs. whatever the prime contractor paid him, as I took up enough of his time just asking questions. Given what I saw on his contracted tasks, I asked if he’d provide a separate quote to repair my crumbling chimney including cap replacement. His price beat what I had for two quotes from “specialty house” chimney repair outfits in the North / Northwest Suburbs, and the end product was again excellent. His work ethic is also great; going into darkness before shutting down several days, and working a weekend as needed to balance with other customers’ jobs. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.

Sergey made us a BEAUTIFUL mailbox. Everyone that sees it loves it. Sergey was very professional very easy to talk to and work with. We live in DuPage County and Sergey had to go through a lot of red tape BUT he didn’t give up until he got all the paperwork completed and quickly. I contracted with Svoradius, inc. to performed a full rebuild of my chimney from the roofline up and I am very happy with the results! During my initial visit with the owner, it was clear that he is very knowledgeable - he walked me through step by step what would be done and provided a written estimate during the visit. Once on site, the Svoradius team was very clean and professional from beginning to end. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend Svoradius!
The bricklayers were one of best contractor experiences I have ever witnessed. Let me qualify that my father was a general contractor and I learned a lot from him. Today I own and operate a Real Estate company so I deal with contractors all the time. This company is first class all the way. First they assessed what my home needed for the 2 additions. Next they proposed to repair all the wear and tear brick problems of our 28 year old all brick home. Then they completely detailed everything they would do in their work estimate. Most significant was that once we signed contract the owner personally hunted down a brickyard that had the exact match for our existing brick! The job took about 6 weeks including a few changes that I made and agreed to based on a very fair price they gave me. The Workmanship is outstanding and they fixed all the existing problems that the original contractor had made plus all the problems associated with general wear and tear of our 28 year home. I am super pleased and highly recommend this fine company! They truly exceeded my highest expectations and were always professional! They communicated constantly and most politely!
Svoradius did a great job with tuck pointing my red brick in the front of the house. The price was reasonable and within my budget. I highly recommend Svoradius.
