I had a damper installed on my fireplace the guys who came were professional and extremely informative when they left I felt like I had gone to a class about fireplaces and all there parts/ how to properly light a fire so I don’t get smoke in the house, wood stoves vs pellet stoves these guys were awesome! I will be having them install a wood stove in the spring I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!!
I have been using this company for a couple of years now for a wood stove and I'm very satisfied! They are reliable and do a great job! Also give some great tips too:)

I had to cancel last minute due to an emergency and called to reschedule. I fully planned on using them to clean BOTH of the chimneys in my house but I really couldn't do it that day. The owner immediately CUSSED ME OUT! I have never even met the man! I called in such a neutral tone, I expected this to be simple. Has this man never had to reschedule an appointment? You have to be insane to use this company that would CUSS YOU OUT with no provocation or hesitation. If the business owners impulse control is this low imagine where else he cuts corners. Edit. Now I am convinced this man is insane. His whole description of the conversation is confused. I called 3 hrs ahead. And i never said \I don't care\ or \don't hold your breath\. But I did laugh at his wanting to charge a cancellation fee with no stated policy on his website. Get some therapy brother! You really need it! Also, send me the bill you might be in a tough place which would explain your rage issues.
