Recently had my fireplace converted to gas. Hearth side of Warwick was an amazing company to work with from start to finish. They are a 10 plus business! Meeting Peter who helped me to select the fireplace and Ryan who did the measurements at my house, was a very positive experience. They readily answered all my questions and made me feel that no question was a “dumb question”. The installers , Bill and Sean, did an awesome job. They were professional and took great care to be neat and careful of my belongings. I very highly recommend this company. I am so glad that my neighbor who also had fireplaces installed by them recommended them to me.

I purchased at wood stove 2 years ago from this location, recently I noticed that the firebrick looked deteriorated. I emailed the store, spoke to a representative and sent pictures. The team ordered what I needed to rectify the problem. Everyone who I spoke to was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to assist.
