I first want to say how wonderful their customer service is!!! As soon as you enter the establishment you’re greeted by someone with a smile a welcome to Joanns and a can I help you find anything today. The store is easy to navigate and the supply is great! I visited with 3 of my coworkers in hopes to find some fun decor for the Halloween party I found a few pieces and had asked an associate for a price verification and she was eager to help and even helped us find some more fun matching decor! The prices here were pretty fair in my opinion I will definitely be going back for some more holiday decorations!

I love this store my only issue is when you order online for pick up the total is deducted from your account as a hold they then ring it in the store when it's ready. The first hold takes 5 business days to be returned to your account which sucks as it ties up for a week during a pandemic when money is tight.
