I had purchased a JD 710D with out knowing a thing about it. I gave the machine to Job-Site to go over and fix whatever. there was quite a bit of work to be done, both in terms of general maintenance, worn out parts, and system issues. When I received the machine back it had more power and worked really nice...they are easy to talk to, and are understanding. even when I thought there was a problem my backhoe, they were very nice about trying to help me resolve an issue that didn't even exist. Purchased a Cat 312CL 2 weeks ago from Job Site Equipment. Perfomance was great when we tested it on site and the restoration job made it look brand new. The owner was knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. Told me everything they had done to restore it. Two days after I had it dropped off on the job, it didn't start. Called up the owner and he sent someone right out. Turned out to be a blown ECU. They replaced it for no cost. Will definitely purchase from them again.
BEWARE !!!! this company is nothing but scam artists and liars . They sent a machine with a broken window , never sent a new one to replace it he told me the machine was perfect . But it’s so perfect that I had to go rent one because the stick is not operating properly and the answer I got is I bought it as is And that he sold the machine for someone else . Word of advice if you value you money pay a little extra if you have to and go somewhere else . They have never even replied to my last email because I told them the type of people that they are politely and I guess they didn’t like the truth , but when it’s time to steal your money there your best friend . Don’t say you haven’t been warned. You sent the window to the wrong address it’s not my fault you guys can’t read and forward the correct address over
Brian sold me my excavator puts up with me every time I call him with questions about the machine
I have been buying used equipment for my company for thirty years and have never had a worse experience. There was nowhere to run machine on site. When it was delivered the hyd. Oil was full of water the oil pressure light was on, there were14 broken house bolts and turntable was empty because the. Seal was gone. They fixed house bolts and seal but only if I bought bolts. I have owned excavator for 6 months and still can't use. I can't believe they are in thisindustry.
