Lyon Property Management has been managing one of my properties for some time now. My tenants have expressed to me how easy and painless it is to deal with Lyon. They offer e check payments through their portal as well as an online maintenance request portal. This makes it extremely convenient for the tenants when they have issues. I was using a different local management company but found no value in their services like I find in Lyon.
