The 2019 season was my families first experience boating. I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful manager Matt was to our family. We have three some children and Matt was able to accommodate us with the perfect slip for our needs. We truly had a wonderful summer. Even during a pandemic! The bathrooms were clean the pool was clean. We look forward to a 2020 summer. Thanks again to each and every staff member that I had 50 questions for. Sincerely, “ The breakfast club“

I'm extremely disappointed with the service here. I had thousands of dollars worth of navigation and fishing equipment stolen off my boat. When I went to the front office and spoke to management they seemed very unsympathetic and explained that security isn't their problem and I should bring it up with my insurance. They also said there were no surveillance cameras that were able to see my boat and the surveillance cameras they had were extremely poor quality. I strongly recommend other marinas that take security more serious...
My wife and I kept our Vicem 65 at Wickford, RI for three years. During that time our boat was assign to Eric Hansson whenever repairs or maintenance was needed. One time a year Eric would go through our boat and determine what needed to be done to keep the boat running smoothly. We left Wickford and moved the boat to Old Lyme, CT for geographic reason. In doing so we lost Eric. 3 years later while in Jamestown Harbor on a mooring , 4th of July weekend, we developed a problem. After exhausting all my options for assistance, I call our old friend, Eric Hansson. He talked me through what needed to be done to become operational again. What is truly amazing is I needed a part which I said I did not have on board. Eric assured me that the part in question was on my boat in with other extras he made sure that I had for just such an emergency. Keep in mind he had last been on the boat 3 years ago. An hour after hanging up the phone all was repaired and the weekend saved. As a result of Eric kindness and help, my wife and I have placed our application in for a slip for 2021 at the Safe Harbor Marina on Essex Island in CT. Thank you Eric for all you do.
Matt the manager is simply a highly respectful person. He takes the time to listen to your needs and follows thru. Ty. Love being here.
I have been in many marinas all around the US. From San Diego to Washington State, and from Texas to Rhode Island. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years. This marina is one of the best I have ever been in. The staff is always friendly and smiling. The docks are floating and in great shape. The other boaters are all nice and friendly. There is always something going on that the marina puts on. They had a few movies on a giant screen at the pool. Hot dogs every Saturday. A free breakfast. Just something every week to bring everyone together. I well be looking for Brewers marinas as I travel the Great loop and whenever I am back up in the North East. All other marinas should give a close look at the Brewers model and try and copy it . These guys are miles in front of the pack. Thanks to everyone at the Cowesett Marina for being so helpful.
