We wanted to have three trees removed in our backyard and got 4 quotes from different companies. Warwick Tree’s price was roughly half of others. We read some one star reviews about them but since their price was so good we decided to give them a shot. It turned out to be an excellent job! In addition I asked them to cut a few more trees which were not in the original quote which they did for us as an extra service without changing the quote. That’s high level care for the customer. Because of snow they couldn't cut stumps low enough but when snow melted the owner came again to cut the stumps as promised. After the job was completed they cleaned all debris from our yard and driveway. I don't understand why some reviews say they are rude as the owner was one of the nicest most polite person I have ever met. Perhaps they got rid of rude employees and have friendlier workers now. I will use Warwick Tree again and recommend them to friends and family.

took down a very large tree - hard to reach I will give them that but they brought a boom truck into my back yard and the proceeded to hit the house with the back end of the boom - also left a lot of debris around the stump and left large trunks in front of my house for days - had to hire someone else to take it away before I got a fine from the city \u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e Updating my review - withheld payment for work - they returned a few weeks after the job (some of that had to do with weather) and repaired the corner of my hours that was damaged and cleaned up my yard - front and back so that I am now satisfied with the work. I still believe the stump should have been made flat, but it is what it is.
We had a few trees that needed to be removed. This company was doing work down the road and my husband went to chat with the guys. They were nice enough to come immediately to our house and remove the trees. They left a hideous mess but I’m assuming some of that comes with the nature of the job. We looked up reviews and became concerned about paying them without an invoice or contract (since it was on the spot) and the guy understood and said he would send one. Time passed and finally we realized we had never received a bill in November. My husband called and left a voicemail. Few weeks later, the bill arrived. I didn’t immediately put the check in the mail with the holidays, etc. so admittedly probably 3 weeks has passed. Someone just came to my door and my child answered the door and he demanded “500 that your parents owe me!” When I heard the commotion, I went over to see what was happening. I kindly explained the situation, apologized and ensured I would send the payment. He cut me off, told me I was lying and that they had sent me many bills- which I never received. He was so rude and condescending. He’s really lucky my husband wasn’t home because he was a class A jerk. I highly recommend that they keep this animal from knocking on people’s doors and handle their business professionally. Shame on this company. Never EVER again.
Warwick Tree Service was incredible. They came on time, were professional, quick and polite. All of the guys took the time to explain what and how they were doing and did the job in a lot less time than we expected. They also had a great sense of humor. When I said what a great job they did, one of the guys said “not bad for watching a you tube video before we got here”. We always appreciate good customer service and people with humor. I have had the misfortune of hiring Stanley Tree Service and Mike's Tree Services in the past. They weren't just bad experiences, but rather disasterous ordeals. Wouldn't call them if a tree was on my mother and they were across the street. Conversely, Warwick Tree Services has reassured my faith in tree removal services. A quote was available within 24 hours, and nearly 20 trees were removed within 3 hours of arrival. They literally had over 1,000,000 in equipment onsite--and experienced staff who knew how to use it. More to the point, competitors were charging the same price to remove only one or two trees. Entire Warwick Tree staff were both professional and courteous. All calls were answered immediately. The driveway was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Entire project went smoothly. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience. Need worry free tree removal?
