Not many of these places left, and this one is going down hill too. But they have a friendly staff, a decent selection, and it is nice to be able to go to the video store with my family. They are a little bit more expensive than other options, but creating memories is worth it here and there.

The genuine helpfulness of the staff is refreshing! I've been to four chain locations of Family Video and they stay very consistent. I'm always pleasantly greeted and assisted without bothersome annoyance. Their prices are fair and their discounts and penalties are fair. This is what Blockbuster and Hollywood Video should have become to survive.

The service is exceptional, they make you feel right at home and they welcome you with tons of discounts. We just moved here and have no cable or Internet yet..... Got four movies for 1.08 for five nights. Can't get that kind of love from Redbox

Great selection, and very nice people.
This family video was not a good experience. There is only one staff member there that is friendly. The others always seem in a bad mood as they woke up that day knowing they did not want to work there and hated the day from the start. The only reason i gave this place 2 stars is because i love family video, the deals, and the other franchises. I love going here when the one lady works and dread when the others do. I switched back to Faribault Family video. Everyone there is beyond friendly and always enjoy going there.
