The West LA Location is not operating because of Covid-19, so they fabricated my item at another location and shipped it, which was great. I sent the a public domain design of a face-shield frame I found online that I wanted made. They quoted me, I revised the design which they accommodated for me, and they fabricated it quickly and accurately. They did a really nice job, and were great about communication, which mattered a lot, because I wasn't going to be able to walk in to the local storefront and face-to-face with them.
During my experience with ABC imaging I dealt with Philip Magenheim, he really went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. It was months of back and forth and he was extremely helpful and dealt with all of my concerns with the highest degree of professionalism without any complaints. Phil is still working with me to develop my product even after his work was finished. Fair prices, they have it all. I want to thank you guys and thank you Phil so much!!
I needed to print some architectural drawings in 24 x 36. It was significantly less expensive than other places, and they were able to print it while I waited. The staff was very helpful.
My company uses ABC for all their reproduction needs but I have used them repeatedly for personal projects because of their diversity -posters, banners, postcards to name a few. They make suggestions, are responsive, and utmost professional. They are simple the best!
