Amir bound two theses for me. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he processed my order. I signed the authorization form that morning and he contacted me two hours later to pick up my request. Friendly and excellent service.
I was facing a court deadline and absolutely, positively had to have a printing and binding job done pronto. I expected the worst: getting my copies at the last minute and having to rush to the post office. But Amir worked amazingly fast, calling me back an hour later to tell me it was done! Everything came out exactly as I wanted with printing and binding. Shawn was extremely helpful when I talked to him the day before in anticipation of the rush, talking through the binding options and the information they needed to complete the task. At about 1am, I emailed my finished document to them and called the next morning to make sure they received it. While I hope to never have to file any more court docs, i am sure to use them again next time, perhaps giving them and me a bit more time.
