I absolutely love Aperturent! The staff there are so helpful and welcoming every single time I come to pick up and drop off an order. I wish I would have discovered them a year ago! Being able to rent my gear from them has been a game changer for my photography business. And for a bonus, they have extended rental periods during the holidays where you get the extra days for free! I've rented cameras and lens from Aperturent four times in the past and am renting again over the holiday this year. Having a local place to rent equipment from it is really convenient to save time and money on shipping. While they don't have every piece of equipment I've wanted to rent, they carry enough that I've always been able to find something that suits my needs, with prices that are reasonably close to online competitors. After going through an initial verification process with my first rental, the subsequent orders have been processed very quickly. All the cameras and lenses I've rented have been in excellent condition, and the process to pick up and drop off the equipment has always been fast. The only tricky part was locating their office the first time, as it is located in an upper floor of a generic office building with no signs visible from the street. Once you know where it is, there's no problem getting there, as it is an easy walk from the Farragut North metro station.

I love Aperturent ! It is my go-to location in DC for camera equipment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The DC location has a great variety of camera equipment that allows me to access gear quickly b/c the location is in a central and convenient location. I appreciate that during this time they using COVID precautions and protocols.
