I don't think it should ever take more than 3 hours now(package still not delivered) to deliver a package, I will stay away from getting mail period in DC and It would be nice to give this less than 1 star rating, just horrible!

THIS PLACE DESERVES THE POOP EMOJI! I had to click 1 star in order to post my review. This facility is TRASH! No other way to put it. I've wrote a complaint about this facility and I hope they hire new people. One day packages get delivered and the next day my address in not accessible. I really wished that another facility serviced my neighborhood because this one, needs to be shutdown for lack of WORKING!
I've ordered a pair of glasses in December and they haven't been delivered to my door nor mailbox, this is absolutely the worst postal service. It's like they are not doing there job. I've seen food delivery find my address better than this company. They actually deserve no stars.
The service from this branch has become awful. In recent days no mail has been delivered. When it is delivered, it often doesn't arrive until after 6 p.m. If you attempt to call the line is constantly busy. On one occasion I got through and asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told that she was not available but would call me back. After 4 business days there has been no call.
