This is one of the most convenient luxury places to live in DC at a reasonable cost. Close to Georgetown, GWU, K street-Pennsylvania Ave corridor, Whitehouse and World Bank. Very Quiet inside, next to Trader Joe’s and many Restaurants, metro. The two friendliest Receptionists have been there for years and know all the residents. The construction in 2018-19 timeframe made the courtyard even prettier inside. I would love to move in someday.

Moved in fall of 2018 and absolutley enjoy living at Atlas Condominium. Adjacent to Trader Joes, within easy walking distance to the metro and Georgetown, and four stops to Crystal City makes this location very central to everything. Management changed in summer of 2018 and as a result current management and staff are very friendly and approachable. My end unit is very quiet with warm south sun exposure throughout the day. The gym is rather small but there many other gyms outside of the building to choose from.

Just super noisy. Moved in 3 months ago, and there is construction 5 days a week since then. The only quiet days are when it’s raining. I wonder if that is enough for a rent reduction. Can not recommend this place. When I moved in, the guy told me it’s only temporary. Yeah right! Never trust your agent ;)

Pros: Very good location, nestled between Foggy Bottom and West End, with easy access to Georgetown, Dupont, Rock Creek Parkway, and I-66. Cons: Very noisy, seemingly endless construction, very frequent water interruptions, whether direct work on the building, or on the water main outside. Cannot recall a time in the last year when there was a single 7-day stretch without some kind of construction going on. Very Big Con: The building manager. The front desk staff is wonderful, however the manager is quite rude, and often antagonistic.

I’ve visited this building two times in the last 6 weeks, as I was considering a property purchase, and there was always heavy construction going on. The manager told me it’s only temporary but 6 weeks is more than 1/12 of a year. Given all the construction and the noise level caused by it, I was wondering about the quality of living in this building. It’s an almost brand new building, but there was construction all over. No way I am going to purchase anything there, not even for half the price. I wonder how people living here can stand this noise.

Nice building, nice gym, and nice flats, however very noisy. Was visiting a friend for a few days, and there was permanent drilling noise during the day. It sounded like it was next door. Very annoying.

Building is relatively nice, location is okay, price is reasonable, gym needs improvement, internet is good, water went out for 24 hours whilst here... I stayed at Atlas for a few weeks while visiting friend and actually considered purchasing a condominium here and living permanently, until the repeated rudeness of the building manager drove me away, but the other staff members are helpful and pleasant!
