This messenger company is absolutely great! I spoke with Martin and he was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The courier was very efficient, as well. I was just so pleased.
I work in Texas, and occasionally have to have documents hand-delivered to the Tax Court in Washington, DC for filing. Best Messenger has been helping me with this for years, and every single time, they have handled the filing quickly and flawlessly. I never have any anxiety about my filings once they're in their hands!
Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service. I got a quote from them for what would be qualified as a small package, in my opinion as the customer, being asked to quantify the size of my delivery. Apparently i'm supposed to know their standards on size as once they picked up the package they up-charged me without contact to see if I was still interested in using their services for additional chargeS (yes, multiple added charges). Then when I called to have them explain to me why I was charged almost 45 more than quoted, I spoke with the Manager, Martin, who talked over me, repeated the same response over and over and then when I pointed that out, he said it back to me. I asked why there was no mention in the quote of charges if they cant get it on their bike, that it would be a bike in the first place because if they cant get it on their bike, they charge you for the attempt to pick it up, and then charge you for the use of a car, how am I supposed to know what mode of transportation they use, the quote was for it being transported. I went with them because of their quote, I could have taken this myself in the same amount of time, for 54 cheaper. I will NEVER use this company again nor would I suggest it to anyone else. Unless you want to get hit with unexpected, unauthorized charges and then talked down to by the management when you call for an explanation, i'd suggest literally any other company. Bait and Switch for SURE
