I recently completed the ITIL training and exam May 2017 at Beyond20's new location on G Street. The office space is newly remodel. David, the instructor, was beyond knowledgeable and able to teach in a way that didn't make you feel like you were being blasted by 300 slides. I will definitely look to attend more courses at Beyond20. I live in DC and it is a very convenient 1 block walk from the Metro Center metro stop. David taught the information well enough for me to pass the exam so I couldn't ask for much more than that but they offered a few little frills such as great coffee, bottle water, pens, baked breads, and fruits.
Beyond20 is an awesome group to work with for continuing education. I personally have taken 2 ITIL Courses with them and have a third coming up next week. I have recommended them to numerous coworkers and direct reports and they have all experienced success in accomplishing the certifications and demonstrated knowledge of the content going forward at work. Amanda Casteel & David Crouch were great instructors and they were very easy to follow. They minimized the stress of having to take in a serious amount of content and test on it shortly there after. Jade Kendrick had been great at helping me get into the right course as they became available. Kudos to everyone I’ve dealt with. I look forward to continuing to grow my ITIL knowledge with this Company.
After taking their CSM and ITIL v4 classes and was able to pass the exams on the first try. The instructors were informative and interactive. They are able to prepare you to pass the exam as well as retain all the info to use in a professional environment. I was able to take this information from these classes and get a new job leading scrum for a development team. The lessons learned through this class are used on a daily basis at my work. If you are looking to expand your knowledge or learn something new from scratch, Beyond20 has the tools and instructors to make it worth your time.
Even though the ITIL Foundations book was thick and wordy, our trainer Erika Flora helped fill our brains with knowledge! Beyond20 was able to take a rather dull but useful bank of information and turn it into interactive and stimulating wisdom. Thank you!
