To keep it simple: Chrissy is very encouraging, professional, open minded and easy to talk to. It's not easy to open up to someone but I was able to let my guard down with Chrissy. We had to reschedule our call, which was not a big deal because she was very prompt in letting me know; things come up and I understand.
