If I could give them 10 stars I would. We came in from Ohio to purchase a car for our son. Our rep was Patrick, who I initially dealt with over the phone. After talking to dealers all over the country, Patrick was a breathe of fresh air. He was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and we just felt really comfortable with purchasing from him and Budd Baer. When we got to the dealership we knew we made the right choice. Everyone was friendly and professional. The dealership was clean and well organized. We’re happy with our car and could tell they take pride in what’s on their lot. We’d definitely buy from them again.

I had a great experience buying a used car at Budd Baer - specifically Michael and Dexter were friendly, courteous and thorough in explaining any questions I had. There was no gimmicky sales pressure, and I felt like a good deal on a great, safe vehicle. Many people get annoyed with the car buying process (me included) but working with Michael and Dexter was smooth and enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Budd Baer. I originally chose this dealer as they were the only ones that had the specific car I wanted. Everyone was great. Nate was great, he really made me feel like I was getting a personable touch throughout the buying experience. His personality is a great addition to this business. Michael was great as well, taking the time to explain all of the little extras included with the car. Dexter took the time, while we went through the grueling process of all of the mundane paperwork, to personalize that and make it go by more quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and recommend them!
