I will never buy anything from this place Burberry dc location all their staff was unprofessional looked at me from top to toes like making a judgement that I was just browsing. Staff having a conversation about their personal life. Not a pro environment at all Thank you.

Service was exelent! I was there to buy a gift for my wife, and I found the perfect gift for her.
They were very unprofessional. I'd visited three Burberry stores within the last 48 hours and this was the worst experience. I will not be going back there I'd rather order online.
The general manager Kristopher Johnson provided excellent customer service. He offered suggestions on color choices. I purchased a lovely handbag. If I am in the area again, i will definitely stop back in.
