Caroline and her team are spectacular! We hired Caroline for her \month of\ coordination and she took care of reconfirming and coordinating the timeline with our many vendors. She as a total professional and we never had any question that we were in capable hands. Caroline was always available by email for questions that came up. She even gave some great advice before we even signed a contract. At our first meeting/hotel walk through, she sent along a list of vendors she trusted that fit within our expected budget and we had such confidence in her that we went will someone for each of her recommendations - and we were thrilled! On the wedding day, Caroline arrived and handled everything in the ceremony/reception setup from soup to nuts, but was also checking in with me and my husband throughout the day. It felt like Caroline was everywhere and doing everything, but doing it all effortlessly. She was always available to troubleshoot or for any final requests. During the reception, she made sure we had everything we needed and that our vendors were happy and setup. Anyone considering hiring a planner or coordinator for your wedding, hire Caroline. We cannot recommend Caroline enough!

If you are even thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator, I can't reccomend Caroline enough!!! I got married last August within several days of starting a new career, and she made the day so stress-free! She and her assistant were so on top of everything that I felt as if I didn't need to worry, which is saying a lot, because I tend to be high-strung. My only regret was not signing a longer contract with her (despite her being so helpful even before her contract with me started).
